Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 72 working hours prior to course start date
- In cases where cancellations are made within 72 hours, full payment will be charged.
- Admin Cancellation Fee – All prepaid reservations are subject to a €20 per person admin fee.
Pre-payment will not be refunded in the following cases:
- In the event that client does not attend on day of training and has not notified the service provider.
- If the participant doesn’t have a sufficient level of English.
- If the participant doesn’t have a valid PPS number on the day for Safe Pass Training and where a process number has not been applied for in advance.
- If the participant is late.
- If a participant fails to attend for any reason, is asked to leave by the Tutor at any time or chooses to leave before the course is fully completed.
- If the participant doesn’t compete Online eLearning and/or Onsite Practical Training in the allocated time where applicable.
- Should participant fail to successfully complete the relevant training.
